Educational Events

Education is at the heart of what we do. Our mission is to empower clients and the broader community with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about Medicare coverage and to choose the coverage that best fits their unique circumstances.

To support this goal, we launched Medicare 101 presentations, designed to guide individuals through key considerations – whether approaching age 65, retiring soon, or already on Medicare and looking for a refresher.

Our Medicare 101 sessions cover essential topics:

  • The different parts of Medicare: A, B, C, and D
  • Additional coverage options beyond Original Medicare
  • Enrollment timelines and deadlines
  • Situations where you may delay Medicare enrollment without penalty
  • And much more

Sales Events: Plan Specific Medicare Information

Unlike our educational events, sales events are designed to provide detailed, plan specific information. These sessions allow us to present and answer questions about:

  • Benefits
  • Costs
  • Coverage Options
  • Carrier specific details
  • Enrollment Periods

If you are interested in a Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) plan, check to see if that carrier offers plans in your service area (determined by zip code of your primary physical address). We may have an upcoming presentation just for you!

Sales events typically take place during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) October 15 – December 7, when you are allowed to make changes to your Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) and Prescription Drug (Medicare Part D) plans. During this time, we have access to updated plan details for the upcoming year, making it the perfect opportunity to explore your options.

*We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
